If you would like a refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the About Times Tour scheduled start time. Cutoff times are based on the Tour’s local time — which is US Eastern Standard Time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the Tour’s scheduled start time, you will not receive a refund.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the Tour’s scheduled start time will not be accepted.

Please note: If you make your reservation less than 24 hours in advance of the About Times Tour start time, there is not an option to cancel or be refunded.

You can book the About Times Tour in person, at the meet/greet location, if you arrive 15 minutes prior to the Tour’s scheduled start time, provided there is availability.

With the exception of blizzard-like, flooding or other dangerous weather conditions, the About Times Tour will proceed, as scheduled.
